The pooled dataset of the 1971-2003 Swiss election studies is available through SIDOS, the Swiss Information and Data Archive Service for the Social Sciences. The variables have been harmonized to allow for longitudinal analyses of voters' behaviour. This data file includes candidate-level results for all elections of the Council of States elections from 1967 to 2003. It is based on results collected by the Parliament services. The data and documentation can be downloaded here (The dataset is in Stata format - other formats are available on request).
